Cardio Club

The Cardio Club has been designed to provide a fast paced, fitness accelerating and fatburning workout in small groups of upto 5 people at a time. A small group size ensures that you will still recieve the individual attention of personal training, whilst benefitting from learning with others and slashing the costs of 1 to 1 personal training to a third of the price! Greater affordability and time table flexibility will enable you to attend a greater amount of sessions and maximize your results.

These group sessions are not for the complete beginer who would consider themselves unfit, you will be keeping your heart rate well up into the cardio zone for the best part of 45 minutes, and at points reaching on or near your maximal heart rate. However if you consider yourself between a reasonable to high level of fitness, you will be pushed in these classes to a level suitable to you and at a pace ensuring fast fitness results.

A  heart rate monitor will be worn, tracking your heart rate throughout each session, and giving you a reading of the entire energy or calories expelled during each class. Your first session in the Cardio Club is  free for, then when you decide that you love this workout, and enjoy exercising in this small group environment you may start to book up your sessions in blocks of 10 starting at only 200 pounds. We meet in Hyde Park in varying locations, and class times are at:

6.30 am, 10.30 am and 6.30pm. Weekends are 10.30am with a longer 1.5 hour class.
